Salary: Excellent basic salary + uncapped commission
Are you a seasoned Recruitment Consultant with a passion for the automotive industry and F1 motorsport? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at building strong client relationships while sourcing top talent?
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruiter to join our well-established Motorsport team. As part of our team, you'll have the chance to work with leading industry names across a variety of permanent and contract roles, making a real impact in this dynamic sector.
The Role:
* Develop positive relationships with existing clients within the F1/Motorsport Market.
* Identify and approach suitable candidates through headhunting, including those who may already be employed.
* Offer strategic advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates and general market intelligence.
The Person:
