Overview:
First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Water Hygiene Technician on behalf of one of our clients.

Duties and Responsibilities for the Water Hygiene Technician:
Using your experience of completing water hygiene PPM tasks, aseptic sampling techniques and plumbing skills, you will assist in delivering exceptional services to protect clients.
Knowledge of the current legislation, guidance and British Standards for water hygiene is key to perform your duties to the high standard clients expect.
You will be joining our nationwide, high-skilled team primarily to aid the collection of water samples in line with BS7592:2022 and delivering them to UKAS accredited laboratories.
You will also be regularly involved in PPM tasks including (but not limited to) TMV/TMT servicing, cold water storage tank cleans and disinfections, installation/servicing of specialised drinking water dispensers within public and private healthcare settings.
Skills and Qualifications for the Water Hygiene Technician:
Water hygiene PPM and sampling experience, using aseptic techniques in line with BS7592:2022, HSG 274 and HTM 04-01.
Plumbing experience.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Highly competent numeracy, literacy, and IT skills.
Excellent time management and reliability.
Presentable, methodical and having excellent attention to detail whilst being capable of
independent working or working as part of a team.
Enthusiastic, professional attitude, skilled in building rapport with customers.
Driving licence and willingness to travel.
