Are you an experienced finance professional? Are you a holder of or working towards a relevant finance qualification? Do you have strong working knowledge of SAP? If so, our client, a manufacturer specialising in products for the aerospace and defence industries, is recruiting for a Reporting and Projects Lead on a 6-month contract basis. The role will involve acting as the first point of contact for day-to-day SAP queries and issues, managing projects, and being responsible for the reporting of the site’s financials.

Acting as SAP super-user, managing local issues and supporting month-end tasks, batch job monitoring, and cost calculations.
Providing SAP guidance, answering user queries and ensuring best practices while implementing solutions for evolving business needs.
Leading OneStream reporting, handling P&L, balance sheet, and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions.
Collaborating with Digital and Value Stream Finance teams for precise and timely financial reporting.
Supporting UK Finance projects, focusing on process improvements and managing initiatives to enhance business performance.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
Experience and interest in ERP systems, preferably within a manufacturing environment
Qualified or working towards a recognised accountancy qualification (CIMA, ACA, ACCA)
Strong knowledge of SAP and previous experience with OneStream or comparable systems
