Sales Supervisor
Based in Wednesbury
Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (1 hour's lunch break)
£33,543 PA/£16.12 PH

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Supervisor to join a dynamic and successful team in Wednesbury. If you thrive within a fast-paced environment, have a passion for sales and enjoy leading a team then this could be the perfect role for you!
Responsibilities
Lead and motivate a small team of sales professionals to achieve targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring, helping to develop skills and exceed business targets.
Monitor and analyse sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and providing a personalised sales experience.
Stay up to date with industry trends and competitors, making recommendations and implementing initiatives to stay ahead of the market.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
Conduct regular performance appraisals, setting goals and providing feedback to team members.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor or a similar role.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Knowledge of the latest sales techniques and best practises.
Ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions.
