Oh, so you're looking for a job? That's a coincidence, we're looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator.

What do you mean “what’s that?”

A Talent Acquisition Coordinator (TAC) is a pillar of the recruitment world. (Which is why we need more of them.)

While our Recruitment Consultants are busy juggling clients, our TACs are sourcing exceptional talent to work in our partnered schools.

The role will be based in our head office at Birmingham Business Park and will mainly require you to recruit Teachers and Teaching Assistants for Primary, Secondary and Special Needs schools in the West Midlands.

This is a target-driven role focused on generating a consistent pipeline of new candidates through targeted recruitment activity. The successful application will be focusing on engagement of candidates via a range of sources including employability and ECT events. You will also provide a candidate care function to all existing candidates in the business.

The successful applicant will be highly skilled in sourcing candidates, highly engaging, target driven, and customer service focussed.

The ideal candidate will be:

* A strong communicator, able to confidently promote the benefits of Milestone Education to potential candidates.

* Have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Much of the work is conducted via email or by contacting candidates by telephone.

* Able to organise their own workload to meet targets.

* Experienced in generating a steady pipeline of new candidates using a variety of candidate sourcing methods.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

* Achieve the following minimum standards of performance (subject to change based on business/team needs):

* 10 interviews completed weekly

* >3 candidates cleared per week

* Collaborating with the HR and Safeguarding team to ensure candidates receive an excellent experience with Milestone Education and >75% candidates are cleared for work within 5 days of registering

* Loading new candidates to the database and requesting Barred List and Teacher Reference Number checks, DBS or Update Service checks and apply for references.

* Arranging candidate interviews, sending confirmation letters and explaining document requirements to candidates prior to the interview.

* Responsible for ensure we deliver market leading candidate care expectation

* Organise and attend employability and ECT events, ensuring there is ongoing engagement with ECT cohort and passing relevant candidates to consultants once available for work.
