Job Description
The Strategic Marketing Director leads all marketing activities including the development and execution of division strategic growth priorities and financia goals. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of growing businesss as well as demonstrated expertise in tactival and strategic marketing initiatives including but not limited to: market segmentation, competitive positioning, VOC, pricing, product portfolio management, marketing communication, and new product development. A key member of the Division Leadership Team, the Strategic Marketing Director reports to the Vice President/General Manager of the division.

Creating and defining channel strategies

Building and executing Annual and Long Range Plans
Identifying, leading, and developing talent
Evaluating channel programs and promotions
Project management, delivering on-time and within budget
Creating and executing successful marketing campaigns for both multi-step distribution and retail channels
Gaining followership by communicating a clear vision and driving accountability
