Responsibilities
Assist sellers in effectively promoting their properties to attract favorable offers
Evaluate clients' needs and financial capabilities to provide appropriate and tailored suggestions
Implement sales strategies through advertisements, open houses, and listing services
Maintain knowledge of the market and stay up-to-date with industry best practices
Present properties to potential buyers and address any questions or concerns
Requirements

Proven track record of successful sales
Ability to work independently with excellent interpersonal skills
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
Friendly and trustworthy demeanor
Familiarity with MS Office
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Must be 18 years or older
