Are you a Welding Engineer with experience in production processes, looking to join a well-established business within the heating and energy sector, where you will work within a state of the art facility?

On offer is the opportunity to join a globally renowned company, giving you the chance to work within a department that's responsible for all current model, new product introduction, engineering and continuous improvement activities within the plant.

This company specialises in manufacturing systems and products that use renewable energy technologies. You will be coming into the newly constructed plant in Derby to help boost production as well as implementing new products.

In this role, you will help the company make an even greater name for themselves within the UK, whilst also providing a brilliant service through supporting FAT, SAT and commissioning of new equipment.

The Role:
- Play a part of a team of engineers collaborating across functions from production, quality, supply chain and maintenance.
- Provide proactive support and guidance to the manufacturing teams to assure the welding standards are adhered.
- Support new welding equipment justification for the business.
- Identify root causes of weld issues and develop nonconformance reports.

The Applicant:
- Knowledge of BS: 5817 and BS EN ISO 17637.
- Experience as a manual and automated Welder with stainless steel, MIG/TIG/CMT and laser welding.
- Knowledge of post welding treatment.
- Experience within a manufacturing environment.
