Senior Staff Nurse

This position comes with a salary of up to £41,000 and a generous £3,000 joining bonus (subject to T&C's). You'll be working full-time in the beautiful town of Tunbridge Wells, with the chance to be part of a highly respected private hospital group.

As a Senior Staff Nurse, your responsibilities will include:

Leading and coordinating on a daily basis.
Troubleshooting and raising concerns to the Ward Manager.
Supporting the nursing team and students.
Delegating work to others.
Making safe discharge decisions in collaboration with our consultant team.
Delivering individualised nursing care and procedures to the highest standards, complying with hospital policies at all times.
Carrying out any other duties delegated by the Ward Manager/team leader for the efficient care of patients and smooth running of the department.Package and Benefits:

Be NMC registered - your pin should not have any restrictions or conditions.
Have a minimum of 1 year senior nursing experience.
Have ward experience (desirable).
Possess excellent communication skills, be organised and deliver excellent patient care.
Have strong leadership skills.
