Domicilary Support Worker / Care Assistant

Are you a Female qualified and experienced Domicilary Support Worker/Care Assistant who is looking for a job in a care home setting with consistent shifts? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team. For this Job you must have your own Car and full Uk Drving License.

Job Details:

* Providing high quality person centred care to service users in their own homes in accordance with their support plan

* Providing personal care duties such as washing, dressing, bathing, toileting and medication monitoring and/or assistance with these activities.

* Shopping and meal preparation support

* Supporting with domestic, daily living tasks including cleaning

* Helping service users to access the community, socialise and undertake leisure activities

* Manual handling, using equipment where required

* Promoting service users health and wellbeing, independence and enabling them to live their life to the fullest

* Being flexible to work a range of shift patterns including alternate weekends

* Maintaining appropriate records to meet the needs of the service, observing and promptly reporting changes or concerns in your service user's circumstances or condition

Timing: Monday to Sunday; 7AM to 8PM

Requirements:

* Right to work in UK documents (Passport & BRP)

* NI Document

* Vaccine pass

* Driving license

* A clear picture of yours (For Profile)

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* A minimum of 6 months of experience as a care assistant, preferably in a care home setting

* A passion for providing person-centred care and enhancing the quality of life of residents

* A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to work shifts, including nights and weekends, as per the agency’s rota

* A positive attitude and a commitment to continuous improvement

* A valid DBS check or willingness to obtain one
