Our client is looking for a Planner / Scheduler for a permanent position, located in Aberdeen (Hybrid Working)

ROLE:

This role is embedded into the Client organisation creating, issuing and maintaining the Integrated Operations Plan for the producing Asset. The position holder will work as part of the clients team to facilitate this.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Be the contact and liaison between Maintenance, Operations and relevant Team Leads, ensuring a timely, efficient and quality service
Assist Operations with their need for equipment reliability through proactive maintenance
Provide maintenance advice to operations, projects and team leads
Maintain accurate backlog status, reporting completions promptly
Prepare work packages for planned maintenance activities
Order and receive required materials to assist and support maintenance activities
Any other duties as required by the Lead Planner/Scheduler, Maintenance Manager and Senior Management
REQUIREMENTS:

Substantial previous experience in a similar role
Level / Diploma: HNC/HND in Engineering/Maths
Experience in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, any relevant planning software
Experience in the Oil & Gas industry
Experience preparing work packages
Good communication skills both verbal and written
Team working, building and maintaining effective working relationships
