Mental Health Nurse

Position: Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
Salary: £31,500 - £40,455 (depending on experience) + £5,000 Welcome Bonus
Hours: 37.5 per week
Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Role Requirements:

Relevant nursing qualification and registration
Excellent teamwork skills, high self-motivation, and flexibility
Commitment to patient-centered care and evidence-based practice
Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and bank holidays
Shift Patterns:

Day Shift: 07:30 - 19:45
Night Shift: 19:30 - 07:45
Pattern Example:

Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday & Sunday
Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday & Friday
