Sales Administrator
£23,000- £28,000 (OTE), Knaresborough, 32 days annual leave (inc bank holidays) increasing with service, death in service, training, free gym membership, regular team social events, holidays and company awards, plus more!

Due to record breaking results this award winning company is experiencing a period of significant growth and we are looking to recruit a Sales Administrator to join their dedicated, award winning team in Knaresborough. As Sales Administrator you will play a vital role to support the sales team and account managers and the customers in managing the sales process from start to finish.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and motivated person to accelerate their career in a fast-paced sales and and customer service environment. This is a process driven role which requires a high attention to detail, excellent customer service skills and a passion to succeed. Full training can be given but you need to bring the right attitude to work every day! This team knows how to play hard and work hard and that is what we are looking for!

Sales Administrator Daily Responsibilities:
·Build relationships with both customers and suppliers, providing excellent customer service
·Process sales documentation accurately and promptly
·Check all documentation is accurate before processing
·Provide excellent customer experience for each and every customer from start to completion
·Use multiple systems to keep track of each aspect of the order process
·Confidently communicate with suppliers requesting information as required

Sales Administrator Requirements:
·Exceptional organisation skills
·Excellent customer service, able to build relationships and set expectations
·Good communicator
·Driven and motivated to succeed
·A team player, able to work hard and have lots of fun along the way
