We are recruiting on behalf of our client in Barnsley who are a leading manufacturing business. This client have expanded their team over the past 3 years and have invested heavily in their manufacturing facility. This is an exciting opportunity to join a business that are expanding and investing heavily in it's future.
The Person:
* Educated to HNC / Degree level ideally in engineering.
* Experienced in a Manufacturing environment.
* Have led and developed teams.
* Experienced with change management.
The Role:
* Leading all site maintenance tasks.
* Controlling the CMMS work load.
* Supervising engineering tasks.
* Reporting maintenance data to the manufacturing director.
* Identifying continuous improvement opportunity.
* Leading CAPEX projects.
* Recruiting staff.
* Mentoring and developing staff.
