Job Description
The base salary for this position is $18.20 hourly.
Our Pool and Beach Servers are the story tellers and memory makers of Mauna Lani. Primary duties include proper pool/beach set-up, service of food and beverage to include the order-taking and delivery of any food and beverage, and the use of job related software. This responsibility is to be executed in a friendly, thoughtful manner resulting in a very high level of guest satisfaction. The successful candidate will be efficient, kind and thrive in a team setting. He or she will work in a fast-paced and high volume work environment and provide consistent, luxury guest experiences. Previous server experience in a full-service hotel is preferred.
