System Administrator, Senior

RMC is hiring for a System Administrator who will provide System Administrator support to an RDT&E environment.  The selected applicant will manage the functionality and efficiency of a group of windows workstations and servers and perform hardware and software installations. 
The selected applicant will have to possess the following skills: 
Lead the support of virtual and physical workstation and server configurations.
Independently perform general IT requirements, installation, configuration, maintenance, and security in a classified or unclassified network environment.
Conduct Windows 10 workstation and Server 2019 administration.
Lead the support of the virtualization platform for Windows systems (VMWare ESXi).
Conduct ACAS/Nessus vulnerability and scanning support.
Manage Active Directory Domain Controllers.
Monitoring performance including monitoring disk space, utilization, capacity and availability.
Support ISSOs in implementing and supporting cyber security standards to include NIST and Risk Management Framework (RMF) C&A Standards.
Create and maintain user accounts and install hardware/software.
Perform system backup and recovery.
Administer network security measures.
Have the ability to work independently and as part of a team in RDT&E environments.
Requirements
A master’s degree and ten (10) years of experience in related infrastructure, operating systems, system administration work is required. 
Or, Four (4) years of additional related work experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
The selected applicant must have DoD 8570/5239 IAT Level II Certification (Security + CE).
An active DoD Top Secret clearance is required to start.  Applicant selected may be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
