As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in increasing brand awareness, driving sales, and supporting our commitment to customer-first principles and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and execute multi-channel marketing activities to help attract, nurture and convert customers.
* Create compelling content for online and offline platforms, including emailers, website content, blogs and social media messages.
* Expand the company’s social media presence into new platforms, while enhancing presence on existing ones such as LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube and Instagram.
* Contribute to shaping and communicating the businesses sustainability strategy.
* Collaborate with internal teams to support sales initiatives.
* Conduct market research and analyse campaign performance.
* Support the planning and delivery of events and promotional activities.
* Maintain marketing databases and ensure brand consistency.
Skills and Experience:
* Creative mindset with a flair for visual storytelling.
* Ability to challenge the status quo and help us stand out.
* Excellent communication and time management skills.
* Self-starter and team player.
* Skilled in creating and executing email marketing campaigns.
* Experience in digital, SEO and social media marketing.
* Previous experience in a similar marketing role preferred.
* Familiarity with marketing automation software advantageous.
* Qualification in Marketing, Business, or related field
