We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team and contribute to the positive ethos of our school.

Role and Responsibilities: As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our teachers and helping to create an engaging and supportive learning environment for our students. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom management.
Providing one-on-one or small group support to students who require additional help.
Helping to implement individual education plans (IEPs) for students with special educational needs.
Supervising children during breaks and lunchtimes, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Supporting the social and emotional development of students.
Assisting with the planning and execution of school events and activities.
Maintaining a clean, organised, and inclusive classroom environment.
Liaising with parents and carers, as needed, to support students' learning and development.Qualifications and Skills: The ideal candidate will possess:

A relevant qualification in education or childcare (e.g., CACHE Level 2 or 3, NVQ Level 2 or 3, or equivalent).
Previous experience working with children in an educational setting.
A patient, compassionate, and nurturing approach to working with children.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
A proactive and flexible attitude.
A commitment to the safeguarding and welfare of all students.
