Description
As a Temporary Customer Service Advisor you will be:
First line of contact for all incoming customer contact
Deal with the customers via emails, online chat, over the phone, or face to face
Respond to after sales and delivery queries and provide product advice and delivery updates
Coordinate with the internal department to find solutions and resolve matters
Offer after sales care inclusive of managing the customer returns
Provide excellent customer service through listening and engaging with customersProfile
To be successful in this role:
1 years experience within a customer service based role
Ability to prioritise workload and organise tasks
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Professional and confident telephone manner
Able to work on your own initiative, within a team environment
Impeccable customer service skills
Proven track record building and maintaining customer relationshipsJob Offer
