Sales Administrator

Office based in Chesterfield, Salary £24,000 with excellent company benefits, permanent full time with a Global Company.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Administrator to join a Global specialist in technology who are expanding due to growth. Are you an experienced Administrator from the engineering industry who can read technical drawings and specifications?

As an experienced Sales Administrator you will required to:

Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks such as processing orders, maintaining customer records, and preparing sales reports.
Handling customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
Coordinating with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
Assisting in the organisation of sales events, including trade shows and product demonstrations.
Managing and updating the sales database and CRM & ERP system.
Skills and experience required for a Sales Administrator:

Proven experience in a similar sales support or administrative role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
