Project Coordinator

Reporting into the Senior Project Manager, the Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the successful delivery of assigned projects within our Rail division, with the main customer being Network Rail. This is an agile working role, with a requirement to be in the Warwick office 2 days per week.

What you'll do:

Day to day support to the project team to achieve project milestones.
Assisting in the preparation and coordination of project support documentation, including Bill of Materials lists and site team logs
Provide input to support financial performance reporting
Collating and circulating meeting documents in advance of meetings, setting up the Visual Management Boards and capturing minutes during meetings.
Support the collation of information for the monthly contract review
Assisting in reporting project performance (KPIs), highlighting and managing all risks & issues and their mitigations throughout the project life cycle. Who you are:

You will have previous experience in a similar role, with the ability to work in a high pressured and fast paced environment.

Key Requirements:

Previous experience in a Project Assistant / Coordinator role, ideally gained within a relevant industry (Rail / Telecoms / Utilities / Construction / Civils)
Excellent customer facing skills, with the ability to interact confidently with senior stakeholders
Strong data tracking and reporting skills
Knowledge of MS Office, including Excel skills.What we offer:
