The Postion

Applications are invited for a Business Administration Apprentice based within the finance team at our SARIA Ltd, Doncaster Site. This is a full-time apprenticeship (with study release to college)

As a Business Administration Apprentice, your duties and responsibilities will vary based on the Company’s requirements but will include:

Learn to assist with collating and distributing daily, weekly, and monthly returns.
Inputting data to Business Central.
Query reconciliation. 
Processing of collections for invoicing using Business Central.
Undertake additional administrative/project work as required.
Communicate with suppliers/customers.
Liaise with key stakeholders in other departments for effective communication and collaboration.
Prepare ad hoc information and reports as and when required.
General administration duties and day to day duties required to fulfil the role.
Reception cover when needed.

You will join a structured Advanced Apprenticeship programme where you will train to become a qualified Business Administrator.

You will be required to undertake additional company training in other disciplines to further develop and complement a full skill set needed for the role.

The Person

Good standard of formal education, including GCSE Maths and English (Grade A* - C) or equivalent.
Strong IT Skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel is essential.
Previous experience of working within a busy administrative role is an advantage but not essential.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to priortise workload.
Attention to detail, strong follow-up skills and proven ability to produce quality work.
Knowledge of Business Central would be advantageous.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
