    • Manage and execute administrative tasks related to the company's operations in Germany and Austria.
    • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
    • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls in both German and English.
    • Assist in the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations.
    • Help in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
    • Assist in translation and interpretation tasks when required.
    • Collaborate with HR for onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
