The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategies, and leading a team of sales professionals to achieve targets. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills and a proven track record of sales success. The ideal candidate will be passionate about exceeding customer expectations and driving revenue growth.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team targets. Provide guidance and support to help team members reach their full potential.
Performance Management: Monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs to track progress towards goals. Implement performance improvement initiatives as needed to drive results.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners. Identify customer needs and collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. Use market insights to inform sales strategies and identify opportunities for growth.
Sales Leadership: Sell like you expect your team to. Run appointments, demonstrate follow up, close deals. Set a sales example for your team to follow.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align sales activities with overall business objectives. Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork across the organization.
SKILLS
Proven track record of success in sales. Required.
Valid drivers license. Required.
Observing reps by conducting ride alongs. Required.
Able to speak Spanish. Required.
KPI establishment and management. Required.
In home sales experience. Preferred.
