We are seeking a skilled and experienced EMS (Event Management Software) Administrator to join our team. As our EMS Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the event management platforms (ie. Cadmium) and will be responsible for planning, execution, and monitoring of all projects and tasks related to the platforms and their functions for our conferences. You will work closely with the Program Directors and Medical Faculty across each brand to ensure the successful implementation and management of these programs within the application.
Responsibilities
• Project Planning: Collaborate with Program Directors to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines and resources.
• Event Execution: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to execute platform projects. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely and successful completion.
• Compliance Monitoring: Regularly assess and monitor cadmium-related activities to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards. Develop and implement compliance monitoring and reporting mechanisms.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong working relationships with all platform users, internal and external.
• Communicate effectively: Provide regular updates on EMS platforms to VP of Operations and Program Directors.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and management within the Cadmium Platform. Implement best practices and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all Cadmium management activities, including project plans, reports, and compliance records.
