Our work environment includes: Modern office setting Casual work attire Relaxed atmosphere On-the-job training We’re looking for an administrator to join our busy, fast paced team in Kettering (NN16 To ensure all administrative order entry duties are carried out to a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Hours: 0930am- 0430pm (Expected hours: 35-40 per week)
To check customers invoices, raise POs accordingly and record them.
* To check, handle and record Motor insurance claims
* To create weekly invoice according to penalty charge notices
* To deal with customer on a day-to-day bases, maintaining professional relationship at all time
What you need to succeed at Nav Van Hire:
Must be confident in dealing with customer & end user issues.
The ability to build relationships with our stakeholders and customers. Previous experience in a transport/logistics environment. Working experience of Microsoft packages such as Microsoft Word and Excel Job .

Administrator Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day operations of the office.
* Provide administrative support to staff and management.
* Organise and maintain filing systems.
* Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
* Answer and direct phone calls.
* Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
* Develop and implement office policies and procedures.
