Woodworking Assembler

Pertemps Lincoln are proudly working alongside a fantastic local employer near Horncastle for a new member of staff to join their busy production team. We are seeking a skilled Woodworking Assembler to join our client’s team in crafting and assembling various wooden structures. The ideal candidate will have expertise in carpentry, masonry, and joinery, with the ability to work with power tools and perform heavy lifting tasks.
 
What will I be doing?

Craft outdoor products for toddlers and preschool children using timber.
Operate woodworking machines and handheld power tools proficiently.
Collaborate effectively with a team.
Maintain a keen eye for detail and uphold a commitment to quality work.
Assemble and fabricate wooden components for structures.
Perform heavy lifting tasks to move materials and finished products. 
What skills and experience do I need?

Prior experience in timber product manufacturing.
Proficient in carpentry, joinery.
Ability to operate power tools safely and effectively.
Skilled in fabricating wooden components for various applications.
Capable of heavy lifting and manual labour tasks.
Strong attention to detail for finishing wood surfaces. 
What hours will I be working?
Monday to Friday, 7AM to 4PM.
 
What will I be paid?
£12.25 per hour
