Salary;- £11.50ph and £17.25ph overtime;-

Contract type; temp to perm

Location; Huthwaite

Hours;- Monday to Friday 8.30-17.00 and Fridays 8.30-15.30

Job description; Are you experienced the industrial and manufacturing world of work? Do you enjoy the mechanics of machine running? If you are wanting to get your foot in the door with a long term role with development and training this could be a great opportunity for you. The role will be hands on, prepping products for the final parts of manufacture and assisting with painting and powder coating. There is also a vacancy to learn a circular saw machine with full training provided for a candidate with the right background experience. The team consists of 20 other workers, offering a small and friendly environment. As the role will be assisting with the prep and machining departments the role will be spent vastly standing/ upright.

Ideal skills and experience; A candidate used to a manufacturing and industrial environment would be most happy within this type of role, someone who is used to getting their hands dirty and working as part of a team.

Key responsibilities;-

Product prep inc cleaning, sanding and wipe downs;
using a tape measure to measure cuts prior to using the circular saw,
maintaining a safe environment and basic site maintenance.
