Search Consultancy are recruiting on behalf of a large, well known business with UK reach for a Rewards Manager on a permanent basis.

This role is a standalone role with responsibility of the businesses reward, benefits, and salary strategies.

Role: Rewards Manager
Location: mainly home working with the requirement to go to the Worthing or Wokingham offices (there is an open discussion on the frequency)

Responsibilities:
* Plan and develop a reward strategy across the business
* Analyse existing data and present on findings to develop a strategy and reason on change
* Evaluate the effectiveness of benefit offerings, research competitors and propose based on this data
* Manage the annual pay review process
* Ensure all benefits and proposals are in line with relevant legislation
* Support the wider HR team and work with the business on projects
* Working with external providers

Experience required:
* Proven experience in manage the rewards and benefits strategy of a business
* Excellent understanding of pension policies and terms
* Strong negotiation and analytical skills
* Commercial acumen
* Experience in affecting improvement and change
* Up to date knowledge of trends
