What will you be doing as a Production Administrator?
Working as part of a small team you will be carrying out a busy and varied role. Duties will include:
· Booking stock into and out of the system from suppliers
· Booking tock into and out of 3rd party manufacturers
· Maintaining master schedule for stock shipments from Middle and Far East to track shipments
· Chasing suppliers and UK agents via email
· Co-ordinating with freight forwarders
We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:
· Experience in an administration role,
· Experience in a production, stock or logistics environment would be beneficial but is not essential
· Comfortable using Word, Excel and Outlook
· Highly organised with the ability to plan and prioritise
· Accurate with a strong attention to detail
· A friendly team player
· Due to the office location, you will realistically need your own transport
