Project Quantity Surveyor

My client are a leading tier 1 contractor specialising in student accommodation, mixed use developments, retail, residential developments, hotels, and sport and leisure. They offer cutting-edge knowledge and experience in sustainability and digital construction to deliver exceptional results across both the public and private sectors.

They are recruiting for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their team. You'll be working on an industrial warehouse project with CAT A & B fit out included, valued at £12m.

As the Project Quantity Surveyor, your role will include:

Managing packages and CVR forecasts
Updating all cost control procedures as advised
Compile weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports as required
Produce accurate costing for each aspect of site development
Compiling reports on costs and cash flows
Assist with preparation of tenders and procurement of sub-contractors
Process subcontract orders, payments and variations
Attend team meetings as requiredSalary and package: On offer is an excellent salary and benefits package of up to £65,000.
