Our client is a well-established busy, providing engineers within the service sector. This Hemel Hempstead based family run company are looking for an Experienced office administration to work Mon-Fri 8.30am-5pm

Your duties include dealing with email, phone enquires, external companies, updating bookings on the systems, finalising quotes on the systems, sending out invoices, able to follow instructions, guidelines, PO numbers, filing post and day to day office administration duties.

You will need to have experience; demonstrate you are able to work in a busy environment. An ideal candidate could need to come from the service sector.

You will need to have at least 2 years office admin experience, strong communication skills, strong IT skills able to pick up systems and process, motivated and team player.

Salary is all based on experience, £25k to £30k, 28 days holiday including bank holiday, training and support, development and onsite parking
