This is an exciting time to join us at CIL as a Solderer, as we are currently experiencing a rapid amount of growth and company expansion!

Summary of the role

As a Solderer at CIL, you will be primarily responsible for PCB assemblies to IPC610 class 2 standard, by hand-soldering thru-hole components and complete component fit and crop. You will also follow PCB cleaning processes. There is the opportunity for the right candidate to progress into a higher standard of IPC3 soldering, and gain further training and knowledge within the electronics industry.

The ideal person will demonstrate the following

* To undertake all relevant training to assist in employee development

* Adhere to the Health and Safety requirements and regulations

* Soldering experience is desirable

* Knowledge of the Electronics and PCB industry is advantageous
