Responsibilities for a SEN Teaching Assistant:
Provide individual and group support to students with mental health, behaviour, or emotional challenges.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and professionals to create personalized intervention plans.
Deliver workshops on stress management, resilience, and social-emotional skills.
Conduct assessments to identify students' strengths and areas for growth.
Participate in meetings to discuss student progress and support strategies.Qualifications for a SEN Teaching Assistant:
Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field.
Knowledge of developmental psychology, counselling techniques, and behaviour management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
