Job Description

Our Client is looking for a Claims Handler to be a part of the Customer Service Team, you will oversee aftersales issues, ensuring fair outcomes for both customers and the business. Your role involves building strong relationships to effectively manage multi-departmental issues and prevent escalations.

Key Responsibilities of a Claims Handler

* Answer any queries via phone and email.

* Deliver high-quality case management and uphold company values.

* Resolve aftersales cases within KPIs.

* Assist in advising Customer Service teams on products and inquiries. Ensure compliance with company policies.

* Collaborate with Quality & Supplier Manager and departments to understand aftersales drivers. Help maintain company policies.

* Attend meetings to support aftersales resolution and train Customer Service teams.

* Support various Customer Service team activities as needed.

Key Skills of a Claims Handler

* Previous experience working with claims, complaints or a busy customer service role

* Attention to Detail.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly explain processes.

* Ability to evaluate information, identify patterns, and make informed decisions.

* Strong customer service skills to handle inquiries.

* Ability to negotiate settlements and agreements effectively.
