Salary: £28,000 to £30,000

My Client are looking for a 2nd Line Support analyst to join their growing team.

What we are looking for someone with:

Experience supporting Windows Desktop and Active Directory
Strong Customer Service skills.
Experience working with Microsoft and Windows tech stack.
Network Knowledge (LAN/TCP/IP and VPN)
Previous experience working in IT Support.
