career growth for our new team in the region. This role will be located in Riyadh, working within the
most prestigious international schools to offer the students our services.
The Candidate:
We are currently seeking a Full-time Football Coach to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The
successful candidate will be responsible for conducting coaching sessions for children of all ability
levels, ranging from 2.5 to 18 years old.
Job Responsibilities:
• Complete necessary planning and preparation prior to each session and collaborate with
other coaches/colleagues as required.
• Deliver positive, fun, and safe coaching sessions.
• Ensure the safeguarding and protection of all children.
• Maintain effective communication with parents regarding their child's progress.
Job Requirements:
• A degree in a sports-related field or a level 2 coaching qualification.
• Proven experience as a Football Coach.
• Experience in sports coaching and/or the education sector.
• Experience working with students aged 3-16 years.
• An enhanced CRB/DBS check.
• Safeguarding & Protecting Children Certificate.
• First Aid qualified.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• A valid driving license.2
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with children,
parents, and staff members.
• Understanding of the learning process and training principles.
• Ability to motivate and assist children in developing new skills safely.
