Our established and diverse client in Carmarthen are seeking an experienced Welsh Speaking HR Manager to join them on a permanent basis.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an employer of choice in the area, where you will be leading a small and experienced HR team to strive for organisational excellence and a people centric HR service across all internal functions.

This role is very generalist, and will include L&D, H&S, payroll, organisational culture development, and a strong focus on training, employee relations and HR policy.

Salary will be up to 44k, plus excellent benefits, and the opportunity to work 2 days in the office (this could be one day in Carmarthen, and one in Cardiff), and the rest from home.
The Role:

Support a broad range of recruitment campaigns to meet hiring needs.
Oversee the permanent company payroll process on a monthly basis with the support of HR and Finance administration team.
Manage reporting and analysis, presenting data and making recommendations to Senior Leadership Team.
Partnering with managers across the business to advise on policies, best practice, employee relations, disciplinary, grievances, performance, and capability casework.
Lead and advise on L&D programmes including leadership and management development.The Person:

Fluent in the Welsh Language (both written and verbal) - free lessons are available for those who have not used the language professionally for a while!
CIPD qualified to Level 5, or currently working towards this
Strong experience in HR management, with the drive to forge change, manage and develop an experienced team, and deliver positive people outcomes for all.Salary & Benefits:
