Role Overview:

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to enhance the company's online presence, engage with audiences, and drive business growth. This role requires a creative thinker with a passion for social media trends and a proven track record in managing successful campaigns across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to align with business goals.
Create, curate, and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
Monitor and analyse the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools to measure the effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and support broader marketing initiatives.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies.
Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and performance tracking.Candidate Requirements:

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and content.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
