My client is a friendly golf club on the Fylde coast with onsite parking. This a fantastic opportunity to make your mark in terms of the menu and food style. The flexible hours are much easier than working hours in a normal commercial restaurant.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Chef or Cook to join our kitchen to help us deliver a quality and smooth-running food service at the Golf Club; you will work alongside our current Chef to deliver our daily menu as well as develop innovative menus for club functions.

Knowledge & Requirements of the role:
• You will require a proven and stable background as a Chef, with knowledge of UK food safety and health & safety requirements.
• You should work at consistently high standards, be well presented appearance with excellent communication skills.
• You’ll need to be passionate about great food and have a genuine desire to be involved in creating an exciting menu for our members and guests.
• To work well in a small dynamic team.
• A positive approach.

This is a 5 over 7-day role including weekends. There can be flexible working arrangements most week days are finshed by mid afternoon and weekends by early evening. A rota arrangement for weekends will be available
