As a Lead Document Controller, you will co-ordinate Document Control (DC) for multiple large-scale subsea projects. This is a client facing role in a high profile and dynamic project environment.

The Lead Document Controller is responsible for:

Managing technical documentation for large-scale subsea projects including storage, review, approval, and distribution.

*

Identifying client contractual DC requirements and implement a compliant project-specific Document Management Plan (DMP).

*

Managing the Master Document Register (MDR) in an Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) throughout the project.

*

Leading on time delivery of technical documentation throughout the project, whilst ensuring adherence to global SP&S standards for DC

*

Identifying improvement opportunities and escalate concerns to the DC leadership and project teams and support implementation of improvements.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

Have considerable experience in a document controller role, ideally in an engineering or technical manufacturing setting

*

Have prove experience managing and updating an EDMS.

*

Possess exceptional written and oral communications, including the ability to present to clients

*

Have excellent collaboration skills with a focus on project delivery in a multi-disciplinary team

*

Have a sense of ownership and urgency in delivering a high quality product to the client
