About the Client:

With a commitment to innovation and the creation of inspiring work spaces, our client is currently seeking a talented Quantity Surveyor to join its dynamic team.

Position Overview:

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in managing the financial aspects of construction and fit-out projects. We are looking for a motivated individual with a strong background in quantity surveying, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

Cost Management:
Oversee and manage project costs from inception to completion.
Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction and fit-out elements.
Contract Administration:
Administer contracts and agreements with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
Budget Monitoring:
Monitor project budgets and financial performance.
Identify and address cost variations and potential risks.
Quantity Take-offs:
Conduct thorough quantity take-offs and cost analyses.
Collaborate with project teams to validate quantities and costs.
Communication:
Maintain effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Provide timely and accurate cost advice to support decision-making.Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction and fit-out projects.
Familiarity with relevant software tools (e.g., CostX, Bluebeam).
Strong analytically and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Knowledge of construction contracts and relevant regulations.How to Apply:
