My client is an award-winning, marketing leading organisation, offering cutting-edge, bespoke security solutions. They are looking for a Sales and Office Administrator to support their busy office in Wallington with a broad range of tasks.

Sales and Office Administrator – Duties:  

Managing company correspondence, including phone calls, emails, letters and packages.
Assisting in sales emails and quotations.
Follow up calls with clients.
Handling bookkeeping, budgeting and billing cycles for the business.
Raising PO’s and keeping track of purchasing for client projects.
Organising meetings, scheduling appointments and assisting in admin tasks for events.
Performing data entry roles, including updating records and databases for personnel, financial and legal information.
Maintaining records for ISO and SSAIB certification.
Managing inventory of office supplies, including stationery and multimedia equipment to ensure smooth office operations.
Creating travel itineraries for business executives, employees and company events.
