The Role:
* Perform detailed inspections and assessments of damaged vehicles.
* Accurately estimate damage, negotiate repair costs, complete vehicle valuations, and compile thorough reports.
* Maintain high service standards and adhere to reporting deadlines.
* Work independently with a strong focus on accuracy and professionalism.
Who We're Looking For:
Ideal candidates will:
* Hold ATA VDA or IAEA qualifications or be working towards them.
* Possess AQP qualification for salvage categorisation.
* Approach work methodically with exceptional accuracy.
* Be familiar with modern repair techniques and estimating systems.
* Have outstanding communication, customer service, and negotiation skills.
* Understand the motor insurance claims process.
