Are you a talented Mechanical Engineer with a passion for the water sector? Our client, a prestigious national tier 1 contractor, is seeking a skilled individual to join their team as a Mechanical Engineer based out of Birmingham, working across projects for Severn Trent Water.

About the Role: As a Mechanical Engineer, you'll play a key role in delivering innovative solutions within the water industry. Collaborating with a dynamic team, you'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing mechanical systems and processes across a range of projects for Severn Trent Water.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and engineering of mechanical systems for water infrastructure projects
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
Conduct site visits and inspections to assess mechanical installations
Provide technical support and guidance to project teams
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project deliveryAbout You: We're seeking candidates with a strong background in Mechanical Engineering, ideally with experience within the water sector. You'll have a solid understanding of mechanical systems and processes, coupled with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Additionally, candidates with experience working with Severn Trent Water or similar water utilities will be highly advantageous.
