Senior Key Account Manager - Logistics

As a regional Senior Key Account Manager you will be joining the business in a new role to support their continued growth through nurturing and optimising key customer relationships.

Key responsibilities:

Build and strengthen relations with key decision makers and influencers within the assigned Key Accounts, enabling deep understanding and foresight of their needs and building a foundation for achieving a preferred supplier status.
Work with internal stakeholders to create customer centric Key Account Plans
Monitor and report performance of the assigned Key Accounts.
Lead and support customer satisfaction reviews and ensure that related improvement activities are executed.
Pro-actively keep up to date with industry and market trends and best practices as well as Company products & services.
Be responsible for the accuracy of customer master data and activity data in the CRM related to the assigned key accounts.Skills & experience:

10+ years' proven experience within the 3PL/4PL Logistics sector in growing and maintaining key accounts.
Customer centric relationship builder
Value creation - ability to maximise value through relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Commercially focused with the ability to demonstrate contribution to growth.
Strategic Key Account and project planning
Organised, focused and driven to achieve results.
