Role Summary: We are looking for a Strategic Pricing Manager to develop and implement pricing strategies that align with our business objectives and market dynamics. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of success in pricing management within the electrical supplies distribution industry.
 
Essential Job Functions:
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer segments to identify pricing opportunities and threats.
Develop and execute pricing strategies that optimize profitability while maintaining competitiveness in the market.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to understand customer needs and market dynamics, ensuring pricing strategies are aligned with business goals.
Utilize PROS pricing management tool to evaluate pricing performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations.
Monitor price elasticity and adjust pricing strategies as needed to maximize revenue and market share.
Lead pricing negotiations with key customers and suppliers to secure favorable terms and agreements.
Develop and implement pricing guidelines, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization.
Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and economic factors that may impact pricing decisions.
Provide training and support to sales teams on pricing strategies, tactics, and tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects and initiatives as needed.
Works closely with Region Vice Presidents, Sales Leaders, and Operations Managers.
