Responsible for greeting the guest with a warm and sincere welcome.
Assisting with luggage and doing hotel room orientations.
Valet guests’ vehicles and maintain security of vehicles and vehicle keys.
Communicate parking procedures to guests/visitors.
Assist guest with shuttle services.
Being knowledgeable about hotel rooms, services and features and relaying information to guests.
Delivers messages and runs errands.
Picks up articles for laundry and valet service.
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
