FINTEC recruit is seeking a manufacturing production Shift Manager for our client based in Highland region. This is a permanent position, salary negotiable by experience plus benefits. The role is managing a team of operators and the role is working on a rotational basis covering both day and night shift hours.
Responsibilities:
Providing leadership and motivation and meeting KPI’s and standards
Ensuring safety of personnel on shift, including permits, risk assessments and safe systems of work
Supporting continuous improvement and root cause analysis
Skills and experience required for the Shift Manager role:-
Previous supervisory or management experience working in a manufacturing/production environment.
