Inbound Sales Advisor

Schedule –3 nights on 3 nights off, (30 Hours a week)

Operating Hours – Monday through to Sunday (10-hour shift pattern) 10pm to 8am

We are pleased to be recruiting an established market leader in the auto sector across accident replace-ment vehicles across the whole of Australia.

Role of Inbound Sales Advisor

The purpose of this role is to receive Inbound enquiries with regard to accident replacement vehicles via inbound telephone calls, hot key transfers and web leads. The purpose of the call is to provide the client with a premium car replacement and repair service.

This is a consultative sales role, therefore a balance of sales through service and customer centricity is required to be successful in this role.

Responsibilities of Inbound Sales Advisor

* Handling incoming calls and/or Web leads and convert into sales opportunities

* Making necessary calls backs and follow up calls

* Deliver a high level of customer experience through a consultative and solution focussed sales approach

* Ensure acurate data is captured on every opportunity in line with company processes.

* Provide customers with accurate information and guidance at all times

Experience, Skills & Attributes of Inbound Sales Advisor

* Demonstrable experience in a telephone based sales role

* Ability to showcase a consultative sales approach

* Proven experience of achieving multiple sales based KPI’s

* An eye for detail and effective record keeping.

* Excellent time and task management

* A passion for helping others and delivering excellent customer service. The ability to show empa-thy & understanding.

* Willingness to work in a global team, willingness to learn, develop and grow within your role.

* Knowledge of the insurance, credit hire, and motor vehicle hire industry is highly desirable but not essential.

* High level of professional customer service & empathy
